Our office approaches cases holistically and in the most efficient and accommodating way possible. With the combination of Jim’s years of legal experience and our support staff’s extensive, diverse background, we are able to provide our clients with candid and accessible legal counsel. We believe whole-heartedly in providing fair and sensible legal representation and involving our clients in every step of the legal process.
Jim, originally from Rochester, Minnesota, earned his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law. Post-graduation, he worked for a couple of small litigation firms in Minnesota before landing in the Twin Cities, working downtown in the Grain Exchange Building with several other independent attorneys. At the Grain Exchange, Jim gained extensive experience in the areas of small business, personal injury, and insurance defense law which drove his legal career to where it is today. He opened the doors of Young Law in 2004 with the assistance of our Firm Administrator, Trina Arntsen. The firm has grown since inception, but still has an accessible and personal atmosphere. Young Law has represented many individuals and businesses over the years and has built a reputation for having an analytical and empathetic strategy toward personal injury and business law cases.
